I was walking down Broadway in Williamsburg and among the 99 cent stores and corner stores there was this beautiful and well thought out mens boutique: Yoko Devereaux. The boutique features a collection of t-shirts, hoodies, slim-lapeled blazers, slim pants and cardigans (short sleeved!) all designed by Andy Salzer for Yoko Devereaux. Walking in I immediately envisioned that the streetwear/ hipster male shops here when he wants a more refined look. It's "grown-up" or "uptown meets downtown." If you are ever in the area stop in, the decor is wonderful, a comfortable meshing of modern and antique. Yoko Devereaux 338 Broadway, Brooklyn, J to Marcy Ave, 718-302-1450.
