RECESSion Finds: Marc Jacobs Accessory Store

Okay so this is a find for some and a reminder for others.  The Marc by Marc Jacobs Accessory Store at 385 Bleecker St is REALLY cheap.  Items are priced between $5-$50.  Items such as studded metallic wallets and hard cases.  As well as neon backpacks, glass rings and bejeweled necklaces.  Check out one of my finds:

Recession Find: Men's Furnishings Under $50

In the present economy many are choosing to shop online for better selection and lower price options. Many E-tailers offer little to no shipping on orders and great promotions. So today for my newest "Recession Find" I bring you a great E-tailer called Fine and Dandy with Men's Furnishing's Under $50. Fine and Dandy is an online shop created by Charles Henry and it "caters to the guy who loves dressing up." Men's furnishing's can be very expensive, especially if you want something unique and outside of the box. Fine and Dandy has some really fun pieces that guys can add to their wardrobe as great accents, all for under $50. This includes, hats, silk ties, cotton handkerchiefs, silk pocket squares, cufflinks, tie bars and more. I saw some great gift-worthy items and my favorite picks are above. Recession Finds: Boots Under $30

It's a recession and a lot of us can't afford to spend to stay on trend. Thus, I have decided to bring to you: Recession Finds, a way to follow fashion and trends on a budget. Today I have for your consideration: Boots under $30.

I found those two cute little numbers while on jury duty today in downtown Brooklyn (I know, yikes!).  I was expecting well...cheap & ugly fashion.  I did see a lot of that LOL, but I was pleasantly suprised at how affordable and on trend these two boots were. Next time you are by a Rainbow or Payless don't be ashamed to pop in...you never know what fashionable goodies you might find. Plus didn't President-elect Obama say we need to watch our spending?
