2NE1 is my favorite group

I was at NYC Comic Con yesterday and saw a video by 2NE1 and immediately thought they were the cutest group I've ever seen. I love their style and their music is pop with a lot of dance hall inspiration. These girls are from South Korea and they are rocking it! (If you don't know about music in South Korea you need to get up on it!)

The simplicity and genius of this video really inspired me. Back-light from a video screen showing a not well known comic = dope silhouettes, acoustic and a smooth voice. Not to mention the song is ahhhh. If you haven't heard of these guys make sure you look them up. I ♥ The Smyrk!

Just Another night out: 11.11.08

My homie Dj Fauzi (http://www.myspace.com/djfauzi) started a sexy Tuesday event at HEA (13th st & 3rd ave, Manhattan) last night. I decided to check him:

HEA is really cute! The staff there is really friendly and nice, they have great service and food! I think this is gonna be my new Tuesday spot. Hmm...I might have my birthday party here.
